Ken began his career in photography under the tutelage of several renowned photographers working and teaching in the San Francisco area. Graduating from The California College of the Arts he went on to pursue his life's work as a photographer. His distinctive eye and personable approach to his clients have earned him a major client base here in the Queen City. He comes highly recommended by Bank of America, Nelson Mullins, Deloitte, Barings, and many other firms throughout the Charlotte area. Ken's work has been featured on billboards, magazines, annual reports, periodicals , and book covers. Photography hasn't always been considered Fine Art. Black and White film was a starting place. Many purists feel that is still truly the only medium that qualifies as such. Color however found its place. In my opinion digital has cast us into another Universe, but qualifies as Fine Art as well. In all thing it's not the medium or the tools, rather the eyes and mind of the Artist that counts.

My pursuit has continually been to search for the essence of my subject. I'm offering my perspective to those that relate to my images. My subjects range from Landscapes in the natural world to views of life existing in what I call thin places ,that is stepping into another plain if you will.
